Ok, so the posts aren't exact, but the spindles are similar to the design found and it's to scale. And the colors are fairly represenative. I'm using colors from Sherwin Williams' Victorian preservation palettes. The main part of the house will be Rookwood Jade, a soft sage green. The trim around windows and doors Rookwood Dark Green. The dentils, sashes and other highlights will be Deepest Mauve. And on the porch only, I will use Downing Straw for highlights on the spindles, post and brackets. I'm never gonna want to move, it's going to be so pretty.
