Progress

My how time flies! Since my last post, I have begun my new job, which I absolutely love. And I have made significant progress on the house. The most dramatic is the removal of the front porch, which gave the illusion that the entire house was doomed. Looks like just one more day of hard labor and we'll have the rest of the stucco off. And it will again be a Victorian!!! Next we tear off the back porch and cut down a bunch of weed trees and just maybe I'll get some grass to grow in the back yard. Of course on the inside, Aaron (mom's husband) continues to troll in the basement re-wiring the entire house and I have all the supplies for my mega-deluxe bathroom. Walk-in shower of 18 square feet, body jets, clawfoot tub, stainless steel vessel sinks with chrome fixtures from the wall. Oh so exciting. And so modern. I must have gone a little crazy. But not to worry, it's an accent room in this big old house. Oh yeah, and I'm madly in love. The guy standing to the left on the roof Mid-Day 1 is my baby, Bill.
