It's amazing the difference one week makes. This was taken on our "babymoon" to Savannah last weekend. We had a marvelous time looking at old houses and learning a bit about this old city. Bill hadn't read "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil" before visiting Savannah and the Mercer house, but was intrigued by some of what we learned on our visit, so we downloaded the unabridged version to our new iPod and have listened to more than half the book since leaving Savannah. I have to admit the iPod is pretty cool. I never thought I'd be interested in having one, but to be able to download a book and be listening to it within hours of having the notion to read it is a pretty groovy form of instant gratification.
