18 Weeks

So, besides the fact that I finally look pregnant, there's not really much to report. I'm happy about where my weight gain stands, even though my body's changed just enough to not fit in my normal size. Luckily I had some "contingency" clothes I should be able to wear through the end of the month.

Baby seems to be doing well. Nice strong heartbeat. Not too super active, but it's early, yet. Just some flutters and bumps now and again. Of course we hardly sit still long enough for me to feel much. We've been very busy tying up loose ends in the house and re-arranging our furniture. We already have some of the basics - crib, pack-n-play with bassinet, stroller/car seat combo and baby bath. So we can bring the baby home, bathe the baby and give the baby a place to sleep.

Bill's doing well. He seems to have caught some of the pregnancy fatigue lately. His nausea passed with the first trimester. Funny, I felt fine ;-)
